SATURDAY, JULY 27, 2014:
Jimmy & Tommy agreed to travel Maggie & Minnie Gulches again so that I could see the wildflowers. It was good to be back out on the trails. The day started out very overcast and ended with a cold rain. Some more "firsts" for Tommy today. He was grappled on; saw a truly environmental truck (it had a tree growing thru the middle); was in a mud slide; and saw a big bull moose dancing in the rain. He said he had never seen a wild animal that happy.
